Moonbin
Name: Moonbin.
Age: Ten.
Affiliation: Kim. Not that he knows the difference.
Personality&Background: You look at the boy from twenty feet away, and you see some scraggly kid lounging around, unsure what to do with himself. Ten feet. You think there must be something wrong with him, because all children need a place to go, and this one isn't any different. Yet he is unusual, in that there is a not quite mature, but coldly off-shouldering look in his stance, all limbs and hardly any substance. He is not as innocent as he'd like to be, but there is bemusement, and annoyance, and misunderstanding. Five feet away and he is more sinister, muttering nursery rhymes under his breath, counting crows on the street. He looks at you and he may smile knowingly, or he might not even see you. Three feet, and he begins to get angry, because he isn't used to strangers being that close. You are a stranger, right? You might as well be. He doesn't know you. He'll never know you.
Moonbin dislikes a lot of things. He dislikes girls, people with funny hair, most movies, a lot of animals, classical music, suits, mushroom quiche, and picture books. He likes pocket watches, birds, videogames, and when adults leave him alone. The children, though. He wishes he can play with the children. He knows the difference between like and love, and was taught not to dislike people on sight. But Moonbin absolutely hates school. It's the insincerity, and the fact that everyone belonged there during the day, and home during the night. When Moonbin didn't belong anywhere. Some older kids knew where he lived, and that only made it worse. Teachers' smiles were forced at best, so Moonbin learns not to smile back.
He can be moody, and off to himself, and knows the Kim Estate inside out. He's always wanting to go outside though, excluding school hours, because that doesn't really count. With authority, he judges very quickly. He'll either love you and be afraid to say it out loud, or he'll be openly disobedient. He isn't above fear, and is too young to construct any morals, but he usually stays out of the way. His relationship with Yesung is kind of rocky. He doesn't know how the elder feels about him, only that he wishes he doesn't have to put up with whatever Yesung tells him. He is the same to those closest to him. Maybe it was because Yesung seemed so omniscient, or was sometimes so obviously right that he really just wanted to throw something. Moonbin looks at everyone in the Kim Estate thinking that people expect him to turn out that way.
He has enough strength in him to throw quite the tantrum when he needs. He's not always an angry child, but he can be, for no real reason. His mother was the previous Kim leader's younger sister, and he's been in the building for as long as he can remember. He doesn't know who his father is [doesn't care], and has no last name. He's seen pictures of his mother, but she's not here anymore, and he doesn't know why. If anyone else in the mafia does, they don't tell him. He doesn't have a very good memory anyway. Moonbin is unusually morbid, rather introverted, insolent at best, and maybe just a little lonely. He takes it out on all the wrong people, and hasn't learned to feel remorse for it yet.
